A Recovery Firm, Not A Call Centre
Premier Recovery is a vehicle recovery and transport business working across London and the wider UK. We handle breakdowns, accidents, roadside faults, and the planned moves that have nothing to do with an emergency at all: auction collections, dealer transfers, project cars and fleet movements.
Most people who reach us are having a bad day. They are on a hard shoulder, in a supermarket car park with a dead battery, or standing next to a van that was supposed to be on a job an hour ago. What they need is somebody who picks up, understands the situation quickly, and sends the right vehicle. That is the whole business, and everything on this website is built around it.
We are deliberately not a subscription product. There is no membership to buy, no policy to check, and no eligibility to argue about at the roadside. You call, we quote, and if you are happy we come.
Always on
The line is answered through the night, at weekends and on bank holidays. Breakdowns do not keep office hours.
Right equipment
What you are driving decides which vehicle we send. Cars, vans, commercials, bikes, plant and non-runners all differ.
Price before dispatch
You get the number on the phone before anything moves. No meter, no additions once the vehicle is loaded.
